A NOTE TO MY COUPLES
I’m a wife to Johan, a mom to my soon-to-be 4-year-old daughter Arianna, and a dog mom to our German Shepherd, Snoop, and American Bulldog, Molly. My life is deeply rooted in family—whether I’m chatting on the phone with my mom and sister for hours or spending quality time with my husband and daughter watching movies or enjoying outdoor activities. Arianna has been one of my greatest motivations since the day she came into this world, making me feel like I can achieve anything. She’s also the reason I fell in love with documentary photography. From the moment I found out I was pregnant in 2020, I started capturing every milestone, from my growing belly to her third birthday. These photos have become priceless to me, allowing me to relive those special moments as time flies by.
I’m known for being a happy, giggly person, and people often tell me they love how I’m always smiling and making every situation positive. Photography was never something I expected to do full-time—it started as a hobby. I would even trade photos for food! Although I studied to become a doctor, my passion for creating led me to participate in social media and marketing opportunities in school, and I even took graduation photos for friends. It wasn’t until later that I realized photography was my true calling.

MY INSPIRATION
Although I didn’t pursue a career as a doctor, my passion for helping people never faded. I’ve found a different way to do that—by preserving their memories through photography. As a hopeless romantic, I’ve always been captivated by love in all its forms. Watching people fall in love with their significant other reminds me of the feelings my husband and I share. Looking back at the photos from our five years together, from the very beginning to now, brings all those emotions flooding back. Documenting moments for others, and being the trusted person behind the camera, allows me to capture the essence of their world—transforming joy, sorrow, lifelong commitments, everyday experiences, and wild celebrations into cherished memories that can be relived forever. One of the defining moments in my career was when I documented a bride walking down the aisle to 'Golden Hour' by JVKE. It was pure magic, and being the photographer chosen to capture that moment is a privilege I can hardly put into words. The goosebumps I feel when couples walk down the aisle, read their vows, or share their first kiss as husband and wife remind me why I love what I do. Even the quiet moments in between—the tears, the laughter—are irreplaceable memories I’m honored to preserve.
